Terry Villa in Royal Oak Lane was built in 1906 by Amos Burton on the site of an old cottage. He sold Terry Villa to his daughter Fanny. She was the wife of Alfred Wright, a sheep farmer, and was living in Terry Custer County , Montana, USA.
