This plan was drawn from a photograph found at Hitchin museum in 1978. It shows the furlongs and shots/strips  parish in 1800 before the open fields were amalgamated into enclosed fields. the furlongs are numbered (67)and match those on the excel spreadsheet. The old  small closes are numbered separately eg( 14C)
